A SPECIAL DAY OUT FOR EVERYONE
GUIDED FACTORY TOURS: Available Monday to Friday (except Factory shutdowns).
Enter the heart of the factory and see at first hand a cross section of all
the manufacturing departments and highly skilled artists and craftsmen at
work. (Please note: The tour includes several flights of steep stairs and
due to safety reasons, is not available to children under 11 years).

Experience the Industrial Past, see an artist at work, take a behind the scenes
look at Royal Worcester's Design Department and compare the techniques of
today. Learn about historical and current day manufacturing processes, peep
into a copper plate vault and even paint your own plate with help from a resident
artist.
THE MUSEUM OF WORCESTER PORCELAIN
Open 7 days a week. Travel on a design journey through time and see rare porcelain
sumptuously displayed in period settings. Learn more about the Company's history,
its important customers and talented work force, as portrayed in the Georgian,
Victorian and Twentieth Century galleries ,where the newly refurbished displays
include shop fronts, room settings and dining scenes. The Museum Shop has
a wide range of books, stationery and gifts available.
FACTORY SHOPPING: Open 7 days a week. Experience a new shopping environment
at Royal Worcester where you can buy first and second quality fine bone china,
porcelain, tableware, giftware and clearance lines not normally available
through retail outlets, at factory prices
Allow time as well to browse in the following shops that offer home accessories
at factory prices: Amber Moon candles and fragrances and Amber Moon quality
home accessories, Arthur Price Cutlery, The Creative Cookshop, Dartington
Crystal, Dr Wall's Chocolate Emporium, The Linen Cupboard, The Museum Shop,

THE WARMSTRY RESTAURANT: Open 7 days a week. (Mon-Sat: l0am-5pm. Sun: 11am-4.30pm).
